The title says it all basically xD I wanted to ask if you may post a video and show us how Map Creation works in GM Mode smile Please? Pretty please? Please oh please, do it for the cheese?

You almost certainly won't be able to do any map creation in the GM mode, but you'll be able to use the editor. Larian made a bunch of tutorials which you can see here, some of which deal with map creation:

You can also see some terraining in this video (skip to about 20 mins in to really start seeing level design.) It's a difficult tool to use, but hopefully the D:OS2 version has some quality of life improvements.

I hope so too. I knew the tool for DOS1 was difficult, but for the sake of GM Mode I think it'll be easier to use than the predecessor.

There are a lot of videos of the earlier version of the editor in action. It is complicated and robust, but looks capable of creating quickly (with little detail) or creating intricately (taking time to do so). I am going to be building a custom world, and have used similar level designers before. I know they were refining the editor, and I also hope it releases a bit ahead of the September main launch date.

What I look forward to, and hope is available is an "a la carte" level database on the Steam community. So when someone needs a "creepy cellar" or a "medium tavern" those can be grabbed and modified to fit the GM's needs. I am willing to create every single nook and cranny, but if someone else does it and I can adapt it, that works as well.
