Larian has said there will be only one more major patch before the full game comes out.
They have barely touched Talents since the alpha started. Apparently they think utterly garbage Talents like Bigger and Better, a abysmal Talent selection for magic-focused characters, and an utter lack of obvious gameplay-changing Talents is all A-OK.
