Ok, so I am not alone with this. I love playing with the origin characters but most of the presets I get offered to choose from when recruiting the companions are headscratchers for me and will probably confuse alot of newer players....
Additionally there seems to be some bug with ifan/lohse both getting pet pal additionally to their preset talent...didn't happen with the red prince or sebille to me.
Since you can clearly see all possible companions in the char creation I think it would be much, much better if Larian would let us configure them from the getgo so everyone can make their "dream" team.
This is less about min-maxing and more about roleplaying for me.
