[SPELL BUG] Blinding Radiance doesnt work on enemies sometimes , the problem occured quite often for me so it should be easy to replicate the issue. Sometimes it hit all , sometimes it hit 2 out of 3 targets , othertimes it even hit none..
Blinding Radiance only hits enemies facing you, and only within a certain range.
