I'm not sure if there is a single skill that can guarantee you a win. Adrenaline's skill description does not say "0AP: You win the game." If I am not planning on putting points into Scoundrel, this falls right into my plans, as it makes any build I had in mind better. Not having the extra AP next turn doesn't matter if you have enough AP to neutralize an enemy and leave combat (without fleeing) in one turn. There are some ridiculous things in this game that just would not be possible without Adrenaline, and it's not even necessary, because the rest of the skills are balanced enough that you can have a challenging and enjoyable playthrough, so why put such a convenient option right in our hands?
