Let's see. Fire breath, flight, being physically powerful... With all of those, the only thing you in theory would have a hard time with is flying, and there's technically a way to do that in the system. I personally feel like dragons are a neato idea for a mod to make playable , but there's definitely some reasons they shouldn't be too (Such as being able to fly off Fort Joy, and some areas being too small to hold one the size of Slane.)
