It should be made available prior to release. As so much of this game has had issues, it would be a shame to release it in September only to find the undead race has a lot of problems.
Especially if some fan guesses are right and Zombie will become the Undead Racial Talent. That alone would make the Undead race COMPLETELY UNPLAYABLE for me.
