Assigning the right mouse button to 'Toggle Camera Rotate' will block the delete function, though a few other functions I tried will not.
Setting secondary hotkeys, or changing primary ones, 'Cancel Action' and 'Context Menu' have no effect on the right click deleting custom map markers.
