The zombie talent does not make you a zombie, it gives you healing from poison and damage from standard healing.
Which means that mixing Zombies and non-Zombies creates an annoying burden on the non-Zombies, forcing them to spend skill slots on poison spells whether they want to or not, and meaning that AoE heal spells are dangerous to use.
