I'm playing in 2 player coop. We've managed to escape Fort Joy. Encountered several bugs during the game, but nothing game breaking.
But as soon as we got onto Lady Vengeance, both I and another player got very serious input lag for interaction with anything - items, inventory, containers, dialogues with NPC. It took different time, from 0.5 seconds to 10 for any action to be executed. Sometimes they weren't executed at all. It was almost unplayable.
Companions during that time were absolutely buggy as well, running ahead of us, running on top of the crates and into the wall and such.
We were hoping it will go better, so tried to progress. Then I've found the Teleport Pyramid and used it. I was teleported into the fight and it went so buggy. All moving skills like Teleport or Phoenix Dive wasn't working, but still consumed AP and created major delays. Sometimes it was taking up to 30 seconds to just pass turn from one character to another.
At this point, we've decided we can't progress it with the game breaking so much.
We've tried to reload the game, to restart it, to restart computers. Nothing helped.
I've never experienced any bugs like this in the previous locations. Please advise, can this be fixed?

A few people have reported this problem. One person said they reloaded a save after the fight with Alexander, and when they headed to the Lady Vengeance the second time, they didn't have a problem.

Please email supportdos2@larian.com, with a description and your latest save (or a Dropbox or Google drive link, etc), as well as one just before heading to the ship, if available.
Each save is a folder in the '..\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2\PlayerProfiles\<ProfileName>\Savegames' folder. In Windows Explorer you can zip file(s) and folder(s) by right clicking on it/them and selecting 'Send To | Compressed (zipped) Folder'.

Just tried and indeed it worked. Thank you very much!
I'll send the save files right away.

I ran into this as well (Malady and Gareth acting as if they are in a fight, unable to talk with them) and we fixed it by attacking Gareth with a single character. When the character dies they are ported out and Malady and Gareth reset, and we were able to talk to them.

The character we used to attack them lost enough attitude where they wouldn't speak to him, but the other party members could trigger the ending just fine.

If anyone's stuck at the same spot and are wondering if it's worth loading the game up to play the rest, it's literally just a handful of lines of dialogue and another clip of the boat traversing the map before it kicks you to the main menu.

If you have a rogue that can sneak decently you can hide and launch a single attack while the rest of your party members are away, and then they will be out of combat, and go to their intended positions.
