Did you try healing her, or casting Rain, etc? That may have helped. A few people have run into this problem with her and Gareth, if he is still alive then, and IIRC healing Gareth will drop them out of combat mode.
I had the same issue, and no positive spells cast on them had an effect, only damaging spells or actions.
