Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks STUCK *bigtime* (Dwarven/Elfs war)

Hi there!

I could use some help from you DD-diehards!

my situation:

I am a lvl 39 warrior (using more magic than melee <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" />, but ok)
Looking at all the quests in game (a lot) i think(guess)i am about 70 % of the game. Everything is going smoothly (accept for little trbls with old saves /update 1.34 , thnx Kiya for solving)

But now I'm stuck badly. Got six of seven council members gathered (missing the Dwarf one, Eolus)Been lookin for the little dwarf longtime. According pics on forum he should be in "middle" house in Glenborus. Well in my game he is not. Perhaps cos I missed the whole dwarves/elfs war quests(including stone of Axe). In glenborus i get the cutscene when the war is declared (but no helpfull dwarves giving me clues or whatsoever.

When going to the Elfs, again stuck. When I first arrived in fiu nimble (i think its called that way)the Elven village, everybody is slaughtered except for Bronth..(the elf council member)

So nobody is givin me any leeds(quests)on this war, which is vital for completing the game (and obtaining the Dragon Armour)

Tips on this are very welcome, even flames if I really messed up and need some ear & eye tests.

PS <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/silly.gif" alt="" /> anyone know where to find Imp's scroll (missed that one)

Just in case, you haven't found the imp scroll, it's north in the Dragonrider's lair.

does this have anything to do with pulling the sword from the stone?

Yes, keeping that sword lets all elves die - but Bronthion is still alive. Dragon posted that if you go to the archer guild/Rivertown and ask the elven guild master about Bronthion, he should appear in the elven village/Dark Forest. After the scrying scene in the elven statue.

YOu know the one I need to complete the quest <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />

I have retrived the holy elven relics and killed all the fake dwarfs.
but still I dont recall finding a Axe...and my beloved elf in the villange

Have you retreived the dwarven counsilmember yet? He gives you this quest. The axe is on the second lvl of the dwarven caves.
