Well, if it is not the current build, then it is something you haven't even seen and know nothing about (The rest of the game), so how does that make your argument anything more than pure speculation ? I don't quite get your point here.
How can something you haven't even tested nor seen be a "maelstrom of bug's and problems" ? Pure speculation.
