Currently, integrated graphics are not officially supported.
The flickering fabric textures with some presets is a known issue with Radeon cards in the release version, as well, but appears to be fixed in the development version. I don't know if there were any fixes specifically for Radeon graphics cards, but there were updates to the textures, which might also help with integrated graphics.
