I'm not sure about what based on what you are talking about. I only have access to the EA, I bought it rather early and was disappointed (partly because of own ineptitude), I tried again since a few weeks and I'm rather pleased.
There are a bunch of really annoying things, some which will presumably not change (oil ignoring magical armor, blocked lines of attacks -often it seems by a 0,001 mm high obstacle-, uncomfortable barter system), some hopefully will (f.e. being not able to change control buttons permanently, I look at you, E, above all). Some things I don't like from personal bias, mainly the elves skin and Ifans ugly beard.
But by and large I find the game really a pleasure and cannot await the release.
Of course the rest of the game may be garbage. What is the benefit to speculate about it in this way of the thread?

many claim the Beta is nothing like the "final product"
which the dev's working on it if this is really the case then you playing a large demo version meaning the real game is not what you have bought. and might be total different game. (unlikely) But other company's done with before and rip people off.
