I was lvl 35, mage with over 100 strength + agility and all resistances above 35, when i was killing josephina, but she was real easy in fact.
It most me about 30 restoration potions. That with only using one spell. which stuns and electrify the mob. spell numero 8 (spell level 2)
Just be sure you have a good armor class above 250 and lots of restoration potions.
