Self resurrection wouldn't make ans sense. As far as resurecting someone who turned on the party I guess you would have to role play it out. Maybe you want to ask them questions. Maybe resurrect them surrounded by fire or in a corner somewhere they can't escape. Or yeah you turned on the party so now you're dead. Maybe you realize cheap I'm alone now and screwed.
I never saw anything about self resurrection before this post. This is probably a lot easier to handle in gm mode than the campaign where once you make characters once that's it.
