It is stated and in this latest stream, and several time before by Larian folks that save game from ea games will not be transferred to 1.0
I think that Swen did mentioned something of choosing what version save you wanna play, but dunno will they put that in 1.0 and I guess that early access alpha saves will still be locked on only act 1
