I cant remember that anywhere in DOS 1 was any talk of self-resurrecting or that they did mentioned any in DOS 2.
Maybe you seen some of footage's from arena matches cause I think that in them you do get self resurrection (not 100% sure on that) but I cant say that I ever heard them talking about self-resurrecting.
So in short no there probably wont be any.
