I feel like it fits the skill books which were already named Necromancy pretty well, rather than Witch which could confuse lots of people.

I know it doesn't matter much what it's called, but for people that like to role play so much, such as me, it will be pretty annoying to have a male character being a witch, it's like being called a princess!, while a witch could be a genderless title it's more commonly used as a female title, just try googling "Witch" in google images and see.

If you want a "male" term for witch, then please tell me how would female necromancers, warlocks, shamans, druids and all other usually commonly male associated terms be called?
