I really loved D:OS can't wait to play this new one on release. I want to purchase 4 copies, but 120 UK Pounds is a bit much for me and my family to play together, will there be a cheaper way of obtaining 4 copies at once? I.e a steam 4 pack or discount from your store etc..?

There will be more details about the digital Collector's Edition soon. If there are going to be any multi-packs available, they should presumably be announced at some point before release.
