How do you save Feder? She dies whenever she gets in the pool in the seeker camp.

I had it made of blood this playthrough, and I tried turning the whole area into blessed water and steam but that didn't help.

I'm assuming that the pool of blood is the more ominous outcome and I'd hazard a guess it won't save her (or do anything else especially good) whatever you do with it. smirk Could be wrong, though. It definitely works for Feder (or at least did) when it's blessed water from the outset, though.

It is defined with how you speak with the goddess at the pool.
As Vometia says, the pools needs to filled with blessed water after you commune with the goddess otherwise Feder dies.

Can you bless the blood in order to prevent her from taking damage? If I recall correctly blessed blood heals you.

Maybe but I would doubt it. I think the outcome of the conversation of the goddess is really what decides it.
The state of the pool is just a reflection of whether or not you angered her.

It would need to be verified though.

As I said I alreasy tried to change the surface, to no effect.
I also tried just blessing the blood.

I'll have to keep in mind for the next playthrough that the discussion choices with the goddess are important.

Discussions with any God are pretty important. Especially in this game!

I recovered an old save file and tried saving her myself. The pool water needs to become blessed through the dialogue with the shrine of Amadia. You'll have to talk to Feder at the shrine and tell her to get in the pool. She becomes a weapons merchant afterwards.

But if you screw up the discussion with Amadia there is no way to recover.

Talk to her with a different char, did the trick for me. I used Sebille.

Nope. Once you have made the statue cry you are screwed. Even talking with other chars would just trigger the teleport. It's pretty dumb how something so inconsequential as expressing fear in a dialogue option affects an innocent (pig) NPC. Amadia is crying for your sad choice so she kills the innocent pig victim of Braccus Rex. Makes no sense.
