Good eyes. I don't think it's just a stand in icon, because we don't see the flesh sacrifice repeated in the icons caught on stream (see this thread for screen caps:

My guess is that there is some other way in game of obtaining flesh sacrifice. If its an item it would seem too easy to acquire race specific skills unless it was a reward for a unique side quest.
