why would you want to read poor translated subs while you can enjoy the better version?
Maybe because Larian's writers like to use sophisticated writing and verbal jokes. If you want to understand them well you need to know english on higher level than usual B2. D:OS2 is not some Diablo clone or strategy game. Story, dialogs are part of core experience of D:OS2 as important as tactical combat.
I play games for entertainment and siting with dictionary in front of the screen is not fun for me.
