Sure, but normally you need only one guy for trading and taking. Persuasion improves trading aswell, so having it on two different guys makes one point in vain in cooperative play.
Thievery and Telekinesis are no racial social skills if they did not change that, same goes for leadership. Leadership is hardly usefull anyway, because of the extremely limited range.
