Four Character Creation and 6 Man Party was quite popular on DOSEE. I hope someone will make something similar for DOS2.
Don't tell me about balance, I just want 6 players party.
Please.
Google doesn't show me much discussions about that.

That can be done by coding some of scripts. But we need the story osi encryptor to make it happen but we can't compile story scripts as where its needed to be coded for 6 or more players support for now.

Unclear how much 6-character party will break scripts and stuff compared to the first game, with all the extra complexity and specific design with up to 4 origins in mind. It may less buggy to play with 4 origins/custom characters and 2 henchmen (who show up in act 2 I believe). We'll see when we see the story scripts (and play through) how much it will break, but it will be just as possible in the first game.

Personally, i'd use a 6 player-mod in a custom campaign without dialogs or that stuff, we'd roleplay all the conversations/decisions.
Problem would be the vignette system, or the roll call...things like that.

Guess it depends on how flexible the UI they designed is, if it can accommodate more than 4 and all that.

I hope the UI will be able support 6 players, because that would be fantastic. Some of us would like to play with 5 or 6 players and still be able to use all the features, after all.

I remember in one of the streams a dev basically said that someone would mod out the 4 player cap pretty quickly and he didn't know about any technical limits preventing it. (Obviously Larian doesn't want to have to support anything with more than 4 players so they won't do it themselves, but I think they know that people will want GM campaigns with far more than 4 players so fingers crossed that it will be straight-forward to do.)
