I believe he means something like this
Composite bow
Req Agility : 35
Max charms 3
Damage 2-67
Durability: 12
Studded leather Armor
Req Strength: 35
Max charms: 5
Defense: 100-200
Durability: 15
Tailored Composite Bow
Req Agility: 35
etc.
It would be nice to know what the stat range is on items especially since they are so random. That way you may make decisions on what items to put your best charms in rather than hoarding them for all eternity. If you already have spectacular armor that is close to the best in the game, why bother waiting.
ps. I made these stats up os they are probabaly wrong.
