So I talked to both Larian and Happyshopps and they will try and change my delivery adress to my fiance's in the US.
And about the tracking number not working: In my experience its just a simple matter of time, they take a few hours if not a day to start showing up it's progress. Unless the company uses a live update that is unfamiliar to me.
