This thread is a horrible mix of truth and fiction.
Truth: (Based on Sven's tweets and the kickstarter update) Power is out at Larian's main studio and so the target release time isn't going to happen. BUT, based on the kickstarter update, they are hoping to still get it out today if they can get power back and/or work with dev team members in Quebec. Reality is that there will be a delay. Maybe a few hours maybe longer.
Fiction?: The stuff about being 2 months behind on the last build. The game being delayed for weeks. We know that press/streamers have a copy of a beta build that was sent out fairly recently. So even if Larian lost everything that's still out there. Pretty sure that went out in the last week or two based on the steam depo files and streamer comments. So don't go totally doom and gloom.
