Same here. Prior to launch, I'm getting an error box with the following text:
Connection to the Larian support server failed. The Larian support tool will be disabled. Unable to connect to the remote server - - A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 198.105.254.130:9292
