I found some armor who's caption reads 'Not Much Right Now, But With the Correct Enchantment Can Become Something Really Special'.

Defenatly the silver/Larian armor i was talking about. You can upgrade it with a quest. Actually its know as the easteregg area. You find it if you do the stalkers quest in dark forest.
