For quests they always remain active even after finishing them and they appear on the map all the time. Elodi cave elf quest seems to be unfinishable.
Yep, I have a constant wet status on Sebille and Withermoore Quest, Elf in the Cage quest, Arena Quest is all bugged to hell. This game is a huge disappointment.
