I belive larian forgot to set fane immune to death on the boat at least on tactition mode( have not tested lower difficulty)
when entering the cabin on boat after the boom fane disapees formt he boat instead of geting knocked out like all other companions
later after geting to the island and recruiting him to your team his quest is listed as closed and just says hes dead for good
ive tried many ways to try get him to live can recreate it over and over make new char run to cabin boat goes boom, hes gone, finish boat run to hidden alcove recruit him and quest says closed
anyone else able to confirm its a bug? or maybe im just really doing somthing wrong?, my fist run threw i kille dthe guards on boat so i redid this about 6 times now killing them not killing them starting as a custum vs origin etc
please somone load your game and open quest tab to check? hopfully i messd up somehow
