I haven't been able to get it to proc either when testing in dungeon master mode. To be honest I suspect it may be bugged but haven't done enough testing to say that with certainty yet. Please let us know if it ever procs for you, or if anyone HAS seen it work I'd love to know about it and know what character type you are using and what the situation was so I can test further. I was also testing with an undead character so that may indeed be where the bug lies, if a bug exists.
