I have had the problem with the tool crashing twice when creating a new level from copy.

First time when the tool was relased. Fixed it by verify integerty of game files on the game.
Second time was after an update of the game, this time verifying games files didn't work at first, but then I just verified it again and it was fine.

I hate that it is so fragile...
