After casting Spirit Sight (cast outside the area while looking for ghosts and cast again inside the area to try and remedy the problem) to see the levers that should move the stone coffin out of the way, the levers do not move when used.

I have a companion standing on the switch behind the door and it does cause effects inside the room (blood, fire, etc) but the levers do not animate and when pressed in the correct order they do not create holy fire and trigger the coffin to move.

I just did this quest and the coffin moved. I had a guy on the circle plate and my main used the lever.

Yeah i know the quest works for some or most people. My levers literally don't animate and they don't move the coffin when the correct sequence is used.

Just spam them and they'll work. I had no idea what the combo was, but it eventually just opens for you thankfully.

The levers literally do not work when pressed in the correct order.

I'm actually having the same problem. I press the levers in the correct order (and a few dozen other orders to boot) and they don't work. My character standing over in on the button is subjected to lots of rather stimulating.. er.. stimulus, but nothing happens other than that. The levers don't move either when clicked on.

Edit: Did finally get it to work. Hit the middle one a half dozen times or so, then the left/right. I'd already tried that several times, but it did finally work. The levers never did animate though.
