I've written a crafting guide similar to the one I made for Original Sin 1. I'll be adding descriptions as able. Please leave feedback on anything you find that is broken or missing. http://www.irodemine.com/divinity2/I could use help populating details on the various items. They are not readily available in the editor that I can find. If you post in this thread I will update the site.

I've flagged it for review by Norton. The flag you linked tags my email, which doesn't even exist for that server. Don't download anything from any website. Anyway, the page is safe. It just had to be brought to Norton's attention that they incorrectly flagged it. (something that happens somewhat often)

Now it is gone Awesome! Also, at this point I need people to tell me what is missing or incorrect. There are a few localization strings I'm still hunting down, but I'm going to have to manually add information about things like: - What effect character level has on the combination
- What effect skill level has on the combination
- What skill is tied to the combination

On one hand, it was overpowerd in D:OS EE - crafted weapons were always better and you could make so much money so easily that it kind of broke the game for me. On the other hand, crafting weapons/armor seems pointless in so far. Am I missing something? (besides some late game epic crafting of some sort?)

Rumors are that some recipes require finding the recipe first in game. I don't know if that is real or not. Has anyone made that combination work?

Change notes:
1. Added descriptions for skill books and scrolls. 2. When you click the search box, it now highlights it's contents and turns off "exact search". 3. Some previously bugged in-game recipes that were fixed now show up on the list.

Can you put a little more CSS on that page, or would you post the source code for the site to github or bitbucket so I can clean up the presentation for you? It's almost impossible to read. I would be more than happy to contribute to the page getting a facelift in presenting the info, especially if it raises the popularity. This is a decent start (might need some tweaking to get the drop down to work). Did some work on the CSS. For some reason the local version of mine is able to alternate colors for the rows of the table, but the live version is not. Either way, tell me what you think of this direction. I did use some of your code, and am not opposed to using more, I'm just reluctant to add a bunch of off page references.

You can get rid of the off-page links into your site if you want to mess with gulp, npm, or any of those other pipelines to build into your own file structure, but I find it easier to just use the official CDN that hosts those resources for something simple that isn't highly customized. You end up iust having to add some different class names and changing the structure for the menu (which was an optional flair I tossed on there). My biggest issues were the table cells blending into the background and default font, size, and a tags.
I'll take a look at the changes, and see if it's easier for me to read. So far, you seem to have the most comprehensive list of recipes I've found, I just wanted to help make them more accessible and competitive with the flashier sites (that have less content).
Looks quite a bit better on my phone, but can't check desktop until later. I can't see what you're doing with the CSS this time around, but the table seems fixed width, so my phone is not playing nicely. But, on a normal size screen that won't be an issue, so you probably don't want to have to mess with making flexboxes or grids unless your analytics says that more users are on mobile platforms than desktops (which is probably not the case).

I intend to write a mobile app for android like I did for divinity 1. The tables are not fixed width, there are just a few really big one word entries. I'm sure my font is still not great. I'll muck with that.

Doing a find replace for _ and putting a space in the item name might force those line wraps and keep the 1st column from being so long. That's probably in your database file, so not sure what you wanna do about that, but it would be one improvement I can see.

The entries that have underscores are entries that I can't find the translation string for, or that are for transformations applied to other items. But it would be simple to make it prettier, I'll do that.

What I've found is that many recipes are made multiple ways. Do you have an example of a duplicated recipe so the person who made the site can find out why they're showing up multiple times if they're the same recipe?

Secondly, they are *Not* random. The resulting element for example for staff's, varies depending on the type of shell you use. is it just me or the website has many duplicated entries? except this duplication it's nice to find something that has a long list of crafting recipes. As was said above, many things have multiple ways to make them. That's one of the advantages of this list. If you see something that has the same result and the same ingredients, please let me know specifics. I'd like to get that resolved. Thank you for the feedback!

I expect it's less your fault and more how their display information doesn't match up but there ya go  Keep up the good work! Oh, I also noticed that the recipe for Armor of the Eternals isn't in there. Eternal plate + eternal artefact + metal scraps + source orb.

I have some good description info for you as well as a question / warning to others.
Tested at level 19 (doubt it scales): Eternal Artefact + Helm = 2 Finesse, 1 Huntsman Neck = 10% Fire Res, 2% Crit, 5% Dodging Ring = 1 Scoundrel, 10% Poison Res Chest = 10% Air Res Gloves = 2 Con, 10% Earth Res Belt = 1 Strength, 1 Warfare Boots = 1 Thievery, +0.1 Movement Pants = 10% Air, 1 Polymorph Weapon (non-Staff, non-Wand) = +Air Damage
All items saw a VERY small increase in their physical armor (or magic armor for jewelry). Usually it was around 5%.
Warning! There are two types of Eternal Artefacts. They have different images, one has a value of 700g and a weight of 1.0. The other has a value of 350g and a weight of 0.4
The second one doesn't work for any of these, but it is showing up in the materials tab. I tried to combine them and such but I expect it's a bug on Larian's side. If it's not a bug and someone figures it out I would love to know, I have a lot!

Do we know if the stat's on the Swornbreaker are always the same?
I am not sure, but I *think* the one I crafted from the pieces in the Nameless Isle was different because I was lower level. I can tell you that the one I got in the vault later in Arx was level 16 and had the same stats but much lower damage. Do we know what the smaller eternal artifacts are used for? Haven't been able to figure it out yet. There are also some special tea recipes you can find near the end of the game: Black / Green / White Tea Leaves + Teapot = Black Tea : 75% Fire Resistance 3 turns Green Tea: -2 AP Cost 3 turns (minimum is still 1 AP I believe, this is still so OP) White Tea: 2 Max AP 3 turns The Teapot is in Lady Paulina Kemm's room. You get the tea leaves from her by buying some, if you're noble (I think) you can ask for some, and if you listen to her long story she gives you a cup of each. The recipes are upstairs in Justina's room I believe.

This mod could be useful for you guys: Recipe Unlocker. I also have all the recipes, objects, strings, etc., loaded into an SQL database, so I can export all the recipes with strings and descriptions, if needed.
