I was offered a Job of burning this guys cart, I refused and instead went to the site of the cart and it was already torched. Seen Mpenzaks and talked to him he asked if I knew anything told him I did and would talk to the guards. So I talked to the guard that was there investigating and reported what I know. He said Anthrabert would pay with his money or his life, so guessing that quest was done I went back to talk with Mpenzaks who was now in front of the Ducel Inn..I got the same dialog that I did right after his cart was burned?? Its like the crime was never reported..any suggestions?
