The problem is that you are missing the editor data DLC. For some reason, it's not showing up for everyone. Someone found a workaround you can use until this gets fixed though: http://larian.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=612889#Post612889. It's not pretty, but apparently it works.
