When I want to leave Reaper's Coast, Malady tells me that Tarquin has not returned to the Lady Vengeance and that I should look for him at the Stonegarden Graveyard's entrance. However, he is not there and I can't seem to locate him anywhere on the island. As for the quest progress, I have already found all pieces of the sword Anathema and I only have to show them to Tarquin.
