After talking to the art appraiser, her npc location now sit in the cellar (food cellar) of the Kemm mansion, but she's gone and usually roaming (which means ive found her once in 2 hours). Here's another example of it messing up after finishing the school quest in Arx where the lady wanting the crazy one out just ran into the fence to dissipear leaving her marker:
