There are no character creation scripts in in Shared/Assets/Scripts. Those are behaviour scripts, while the character creation scripting is in Osiris/Story. You don't need to unpack anything to edit it (you can copy it to your mod and edit it there).
Additionally, as mentioned in
the other thread you started, I would strongly recommend against trying to hack the character creation scripts unless you know very well what you are doing.
