Just bought the game, and after installing and opening a multiplayer session I was getting unplayable amounts of flickering.

Changing settings in both Radeon and in-game did nothing to help, pretty much went through everything I could find on the various forums.

I ended up refunding the game, but I am hoping it gets fixed so that I can play multiplayer sometime soon.

For video of my experience please see the following video: https://vimeo.com/234169157 .

Thanks!

Edit: My rig - R9 390 8GB, i5 6500, 16GB DDR4 2133MHz

I have the same Problem but have AMD R9 290 8GB. Also have the issue that if I start the game as any of the origin characters as soon as I leave the examination table and walk a couple of steps the game crashes to Desktop...

I also own an AMD GPU and two things worked for me:

- Enabling vsync either in game or through Radeon Settings
- When you start the game and you have the flickering issue, save the game, go to main menu and load the game again

After these two steps I never had the issue occur again, except when creating a new character, at which point save > main menu > loading solves it again.

I experienced this too - flickering / lighting bugs in the start area immediately
after character creation. This results in large portions of the screen blacked
out, depending on view angle and zoom (but not overlays like the journal or
inventory screen).

Saving the game, going back to the main menu and loading solved it for me.

Tested with Radeon Crimson ReLive 17.7.1 and 17.9.1 drivers,
AMD R9 390X (8GB), Windows 7-64 with August 2017 patches,
DOS2 version 3.0.141.716 and 3.0.141.999 (from GOG)
