Will there be a chance we'll get access to the game's console command function sometime in the future? I'm going through the game normally to get all the achievements and to see how everything plays out in the game. But I'd like to make my 2nd run easier with some console commands (get more money, xp, invincibility, etc) and just enjoy the story/lore at a much more casual pace.

You can use explorer mode for that. You should be able to cheese any combat that way!

As to your actual question: I have no idea whether that will be released at some point. The interaction with achievements is one issue, potential problems with multiplayer another. There are probably more.
