You realize that in the time it took you to wait for a response and then bump the thread, you could have saved your game and tried it out for yourself, yes?
But here. I'll answer for you: The answer is no. Chameleon Cloak's invisibility does not even grant bonus damage WITH Guerrilla, much less without it. Only Sneaking works with Guerrilla.
So, if you use Guerrilla, you're paying the AP cost of 3 basic attacks to do the damage of 1.4 basic attacks. (Never use Guerrilla, it literally only exists to sucker you into wasting a Talent point.)
