Good question; I wondered that too. Every time I play this game, I try for about 30 minutes and then give up. I don't think it's possible, but I've been wrong before.
On a related note, there are also some juicy piles behind some bars in the Elven crypt in the Dark forest that I want to get my grubby hands on. Anyone know if that's possible?
