Hooray! I figured it out, here goes:
Go to the NE ruins on the island, there is another dig site there (just use shovel) and you will enter the Archive.
You'll be able to find a pyramid, Anathema (2nd Half) and the tree''s name.
That was a such a fun quest even though it took hours!
