General questions:
1) Does the necromancer bonus (10% of damage dealt heals you, per level) work with spells and archery as well, or does it only work with melee attacks?

2) What how much skill levels are we going to get within a playthrough? (tactician difficulty if that matters). Talking about skill points for warfare/necromancy etc. I want a rough gauge to plan my builds on.

Party Comp. questions:

1) Am I at a serious disadvantage if I decide to not have any str based character in my party? in terms of exploration and looting (I heard something about coffins needing str to be opened). Telekinesis helps with the lifting of objects, but how big of a loss is not having str going to be for loots?

2) Currently, what I plan to have in my party is:
a) My undead main as a Finesse Spear build with Warfare + Necromancy for self sustain
b) A Hydrosophist as a healer for the rest of the party (+ some CC/DPS)
c) A Summoner
d) A Finesse Dagger Scoundrel

Aside from my main, I'm not sure what to pair the other builds with.

Huntsman seems like an option for Summoner since its abilities seem fairly stand-alone, but that means having a 3rd Finesse based charter. Perhaps I should be mixing some Huntsman in to the Dagger Scoundrel as a weapon swap option to play as hybrid (I heard you could swap weapons in a fight?).

Aerotheurge feels like the natural mix with Hydrosophist due to the natural water-lightning combo at first glance. Not sure what the other options are for combos.

No idea how well pyro/geo/poly would work with what I have. I know some poly abilities scale off finesse and strength, but it seems like a utility tree to me.

For my undead Warfare/Necro build, do I cap necro at like lvl 3-5 or is it better to go higher?
