Are you kidding me?
This kind of bugs exist in EA and never been fixed!
I know you have to trigger final step to close some quests. (Eg. trigger Slane eliminating Shriekers finishes his quest. But why would i get close to Shriekers when i can eliminate them with my wand?)
But this is not right, i didn't trigger the final step doesn't mean i didn't save them.
It sucks when you have done all you can but the game still thinks you do nothing.
Fix this please. I can't move on to act 2 when this kind of craps exist.

I didn't get the Slane bug, but I did get Withermoore's quest coming up as having abandoned him when actually we released his soul.

I've gotten quite a few of these bugs too. On my last Act 1 playthrough, most of them turned up this way, despite me completing all the quests.

The seeker entry even said I "didn't use the Seeker's help to get off the island", even though I had them move to the forward camp, and I cleared the shriekers. I walked too far towards Alexander before I talked to Gareth one last time, so they all moved to the boat.
