I think Vice City with its Miami theme is a bit more diverse that the NYC themed GTA 3, but thats just a matter of taste. Even if you think Libetry City looked cooler you have to admit that VC's bikes more than make up for it <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />
